Behavioral Technical

I had an interview with someone technical and someone from HR. We talked about my experience with proposal writing, the regions and sectors I'm familiar with, my availability regarding time zones and hours, and if I'm able to travel. They also asked about my approach to the proposal writing process.

It was a friendly interview, they made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. They asked questions but also made it conversational. It was an open forum and round table discussion type of interview. The interview was with a panel of people on a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was pretty straightforward and not too long, with easy questions. The people interviewing me were professional, but I didn't feel they were directly related to the job itself, which was a bit of a letdown. The worst part was that they promised to give feedback, but after I followed up, I never heard back. I really think it's important to let candidates know where they stand with feedback to ease their worries.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard: first, there was a 30-minute HR chat, which was in both Spanish and English. Then, I had a 45-minute meeting with two directors, conducted in English. After that, I had another 30-minute meeting with two more directors, one of whom would be my direct supervisor, and this was in Spanish. Lastly, there was a 1.5-hour writing assessment. It was a good experience overall; everyone was really nice, communicated well, and genuinely seemed invested in the project, the candidate, and the company's mission.

  • Could you teach us something new in a 5-minute presentation?
