The interview process was pretty typical for a PM role. After applying online, I had a recruiter call, and then talked to product leadership. If you're local, you might interview onsite, but remote folks usually interview virtually. There was also an assessment part, but the instructions weren't super clear, and we didn't get any feedback on it, so it's tough to say how they judge that. I didn't hear back for a few weeks after the interviews before getting rejected.

HR gave me a call for an initial phone screen. It was a good talk, lasted nearly an hour. Then, I interviewed with the Digital Transformation leader. HR let me know before the interview that they were really impressed with me and my background, and that I was one of only two people left. The interview itself was an hour long, covering all sorts of Scrum-related topics. They mentioned I'd hear about the next steps soon. However, I never got any follow-up, even after reaching out to multiple people for an update. I was completely ghosted, despite being told I was a finalist. It’s really disrespectful, especially after calling me a top candidate. They should do better. I can't recommend this company.

The interview experience was good overall, though it was lengthy. Initially, I was given a tour of the facility and provided information about the company. I also completed an IQ test. My interviews involved speaking with one person, followed by subsequent meetings with the CFO and the manager. While the interviewers were pleasant, the process felt a bit repetitive. There was a significant delay, over a month, before I received a decision regarding an offer.

The interview process is quite thorough, which is a positive sign. If you get through, be ready for at least a phone screen and several virtual interviews before moving on to an in-person stage. I personally went through two phone screens and two virtual interviews, but unfortunately, I didn't make it to the in-person round.
