First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Melaleuca.
Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty standard and the building itself was stunning, very detailed and large, but it felt welcoming overall. They seemed genuinely pleased to meet me and the interview went well.
- Can you tell me who referred you to our company?
Customer Service Representative
I really don't like job interviews for a bunch of reasons, but one big one is when they make you wait for over ten minutes past your scheduled time to be seen. In this case, I had to wait about twenty minutes, which isn't the worst, but it was a bit annoying because the interviewer knew I was there but went outside to do something that didn't seem super important or work-related. The actual interview itself was pretty short, lasting only about ten to fifteen minutes.

Customer Service Representative
I first had a one-on-one with HR. Then, there was a skills test where they checked my typing speed and accuracy while transcribing info from a recording. After that, I shadowed someone to listen in on a customer call for a bit. Finally, a couple of supervisors did a panel interview, and part of it was in Spanish.
- Show me how you would sell an item you don't like.
