I went through a few rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, some architects, and senior management. It was a technical interview for a software engineer role, so they wanted to see my problem-solving skills. this was a ridiculous process that took forever. There were 3 interviews over 5 months, with lots of silence in between where I had to follow up. They said the interviews went well and that my current employment there was a plus. After my last follow up, it took 3 weeks for them to tell me no. The whole thing started in Nov 2020 and ended in March 2021.
