First, I spoke with the recruiter. Then, I had interviews with the VP of Marketing and the VP of Engineering. Communication was great overall, but there was a slight mix-up about what kind of interviews to expect compared to what actually happened.

My first interview was over the phone where I was told about the company and the potion they were offering. During that phone call I was invited to the company's career day. There were several people there for a variety of positions. After separating everyone based on the position they were applying for, different groups were formed. Within those groups we were interviewed by different people from the company. We rotated a few times to different groups to do more interviews. The process lasted a few hours, so I would suggest clearing your day just to be safe. A day or two later I was contacted and offered a position.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 5-round process with an assessment that needed to be done too. Things moved pretty slowly between interviews, like a week or two. The recruiter was pretty good at getting back to me, and I had a good chat with the hiring manager. The COO was a bit much though, they were really into themselves. They definitely tried to intimidate us, saying multiple times that we wouldn't make it if we weren't organized.

Behavioral Other

The interview process consisted of a 1st phone interview, then a 2nd face to face interview, and lastly training. The phone interview went well, they are looking for people with good speaking voices and professional manners. For the face to face interview, they want to see your personality and work ethic. Training lasted two weeks for my class, and it helped prepare you to work on the call floor independently.
