Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Medical Guardian.
Client Service Representative
First, you'll have a phone interview. If that goes well, they'll schedule you for a face-to-face interview. Make sure you dress professionally for that. Be ready for a lot of questions. You'll also have to take a typing skills test and a test to describe your personality and customer service experience.
- Can you tell me about your customer service experience?
- What are you looking for in a company to work for?
Client Service Representative
My first interview was over the phone where I was told about the company and the potion they were offering. During that phone call I was invited to the company's career day. There were several people there for a variety of positions. After separating everyone based on the position they were applying for, different groups were formed. Within those groups we were interviewed by different people from the company. We rotated a few times to different groups to do more interviews. The process lasted a few hours, so I would suggest clearing your day just to be safe. A day or two later I was contacted and offered a position.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- What prompted you to learn about our company?
- What aspects of your previous jobs did you find appealing or unappealing?
Client Service Representative
I sent in my resume and the HR Generalist called me pretty fast. We had a good phone chat and I was really keen to come meet everyone in person. I then had an in-person meeting with HR and the Client Service Administrator. And then, what a surprise, the CEO actually met with me. It felt so special to have that kind of personal connection.
- What makes you want to join this company?
