They ask you basic questions and you will do a typing test. As long as you can type a few words per minute you will be fine. Both are pretty easy. Getting the job easy especially if you have a referral.

Behavioral Other

The interview process consisted of a 1st phone interview, then a 2nd face to face interview, and lastly training. The phone interview went well, they are looking for people with good speaking voices and professional manners. For the face to face interview, they want to see your personality and work ethic. Training lasted two weeks for my class, and it helped prepare you to work on the call floor independently.

Behavioral

The interview process was pretty simple. First, there was a phone screening, and then one or two interviews with either a recruiter or hiring manager. They asked about my background, how I work, and if I was interested in the company. The questions were straightforward and mainly behavioral. Overall, it felt professional and moved quickly. I felt ready and knew what was going on the whole time.
