I interviewed with the recruiter over video first. Then I met with the CHRO virtually. After that, I met with 3 leaders from the company in person. They called me back with an offer the same day. The whole thing took about two weeks. They really focus on culture fit, and it seems like a bit of a 'boys club' kind of place, especially for GT grads who seem to like hanging out with each other.

I went through 4 different steps. First, a 15-minute chat with the recruiter. Then, I had an hour-long interview with the Profit Center Manager. After that, I had lunch with the PM and APM. Finally, there was a 3.5-hour panel interview with 4 different executives.

the interview process was pretty standard for the first stage. it involved behavioral questions and some questions about projects relevant to the job, but nothing too technical. one question i wasn't ready for was about why HVAC specifically, since it's not my area of personal interest. i didn't answer that one very well, which i think is why the application didn't move forward.
