I went through 4 different steps. First, a 15-minute chat with the recruiter. Then, I had an hour-long interview with the Profit Center Manager. After that, I had lunch with the PM and APM. Finally, there was a 3.5-hour panel interview with 4 different executives.

A week after I applied, I got a Microsoft Teams interview with HR. Then 2-3 days later, there was a one-way interview where they asked how I fit the position. The very next day, the department leadership called me to discuss things over the phone.

I had one in-person interview with the head of Construction. The Georgia Tech Department of Professional Practice scheduled it. It was at the McKenneys facility on Moreland Ave. It lasted about an hour. I met some project managers and got a quick tour of the place.
