So I was given a tour of the office first. Then I had an interview with a bunch of project managers where they asked me about my resume and told me all about work life at McKenney's. After that, they offered me the position and I accepted.

Filled application out online with a referral, then got a one-way video screening where you answer a few basic questions and it records your response. Then went to the Atlanta office for an in person interview with the hiring manager and about a week later got an offer.
