Had a digital team chat with a freelance recruiter. It went for about an hour. They really dug into my past jobs and why I want this role. I also got some theoretical questions, almost like a test. It took a week to hear back, and I had to chase them up myself. In the end, they said I didn't have enough relevant experience.
