Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MCC.
Management
At first it was nerve wrecking but as soon as the manager spoke he eased it up and made it easy and smooth to talk, showed me around and made a few jokes that made everything comfortable, I then I realized how cool but very professional management was.
- The manager mentioned that sleep was very important and that the company was a great environment to work at. Do you have any questions?
Manager
Really good overall experience. Got to chat with people at different levels, which helped me figure out if the role and company culture were a good fit. They were super clear about what they expect and the future of the position.
- What are your career goals and what are your next steps?
Quality Manager
I met with the plant manager and the director of quality in the plant manager's office. It was a 2:1 meeting. The HR manager joined us about 45 minutes in. The office was open concept, and everyone was dressed casually. Both interviewers were friendly. They seemed more interested in talking about MCC than my answers. Brevity was important.
- Could you explain your approach to problem-solving?
