Customer Service Representative
I had a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. Then, about a week later, I went in for an in-person interview which was around 10 minutes. The whole process was really quick and easy. Both people I spoke with were very nice and made me feel comfortable.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What attracts you to this position and our company?
- What's your take on whether the customer is always right, and why?
Customer Service Representative
It started with a recruiter call from Anna, and we really hit it off. She shared some company history and then mentioned I'd be talking to the hiring manager, Michelle. They were really good about keeping me updated throughout, which was great. Plus, they were super flexible when it came to setting up both the phone chat and the in-person meeting.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- How would you handle a disagreement with a coworker?
- What are your key strengths as an employee?
Customer Service Representative
First, I had a phone interview with HR from corporate, and after that, I had another phone interview with my direct supervisor. Both of those went really smoothly and were well set up. Then, I went in person to interview with my direct supervisor and also met with the General Manager.
- Can you tell me about your computer skills?
