It was a very calm and informative interview, both professionally and personally. I learned a lot about where the company is headed and the chances to grow within it. After talking, I was really excited about the possibility of joining the team.

The interview focused on your previous work background and qualifications, with some situational questions. It was a very professional setting. They were direct about the job and what they expect. They explained the goals and SOPs for HR, and gave a more detailed rundown of the job itself.

The interview was very personable, and they made me feel comfortable, allowing me to be myself. I really appreciated this because I even cried, which is something I don't like but is a part of who I am.
