I had a phone interview first. It went great, so they set up an in-person interview. That also went really well and I got a job offer. The communication was good up until then. I was waiting for the background check to be done before they gave me my start date. After a few days of accepting the job and doing the online hiring paperwork, I still hadn't heard anything, so I texted the manager for an update. She said she'd been sick and would keep me updated and also suggested some online training I could do while waiting. After that, nothing. They ghosted me. I waited a couple of weeks, not wanting to bug them. Finally, I texted to ask about my start date and she replied that they didn't hear from me, so they moved on. So weird and unprofessional.

They requested my resume twice during the application process and then had me hand-write it again at the interview. Their policy on full-time 9-5 availability is stricter than needed for part-timers, as they expect 24/7 availability despite only scheduling about 10 hours. If you have personal commitments, this job isn't for you.

The interview process was pretty good and friendly. I had several questions and they were answered honestly. The office manager was nice and the clinical manager was friendly. There was a phone call interview, then an in-person interview was scheduled. After that, I had to perform 2 or 3 massages on the manager and other staff. Overall, it was an ok experience.

It was an easy, normal interview. They mostly wanted to know about my availability and if I could sell memberships. They asked the usual questions about my past jobs and why I was interested in working with them. They also asked if I knew anything about massage, but it wasn't a big deal if I didn't. It was pretty much all sales-focused questions.
