The interview was simple and direct. They wanted to know about my customer service skills and how I would deal with different customer situations. My chat with the hiring manager was relaxed and conversational, not stressful at all.

I had a really good experience during my interview and I thought it went very well. I really REALLY wanted the job and high hopes for it. I said I didn't want to work weekends and they said that was perfect because another candidate only wanted to work weekends. I was promised a call back and I never got one. I called them and they decided to go with somebody else because I wasn't willing to work weekends. I was disappointed and a little confused

It was quick. I filled out paperwork, tax forms, and direct deposit forms before I even went in. When I got there, it was about 15 minutes. I guess something that would describe the whole experience was that they were looking for people who were lost and didn't know what they wanted to do next in their careers.
