Marketing
This company has a really organized interview process that seems designed to make them look good and legit. It makes you wonder about the whole 'MarketStorm Global scam' thing and if it's a bait and switch. They apparently launched a new company recently under a different name, but have hardly any social followers, and they seem to be using interviewees to build up their online presence. They claim to have offices everywhere, but there are very few employees listed on LinkedIn. The only 'news' about the founder and company are press releases they write themselves. You sign up for a short 15-minute interview, but end up waiting a long time and filling out forms. Keep in mind they are collecting your personal data and not telling you how they'll use it or if they sell it. The owner is a fast talker, expensively dressed, and literally and figuratively. If you pass, you're expected to spend a whole day with them. There are reviews saying they don't pay for expenses. They even ask you to bring snacks and mention free valet parking, which isn't available and actually costs $15. After digging into the owner and past company names, I really regret giving them my personal info. You get a lot of well-written texts and emails. Who are they selling my number to? Is that how they make money, by collecting personal data from lots of interviewees? I scheduled my interview using their link on my phone. Are they using that to hack personal info?

Account Executive
This interview process was great, the best I've ever had. I first interviewed with the manager, who was really friendly despite my nerves. The interview was informative and the job description really grabbed my interest. Then I had a second interview which involved a day of observing and a thorough explanation of daily tasks. They also discussed opportunities for advancement within the company. Following that, I had a chat with the CEO about our backgrounds. He was incredibly inspiring and professional, someone I felt I could learn a lot from. I was so happy to get the job offer, especially since I had other offers from marketing and sales roles. I'm really pleased I chose Market Storm.

Corporate Trainer
It was a really good and interesting interview process where I learned a lot. Everyone I met, from the managing director to the team, was really nice and positive. The process had 2 stages. The first stage was quick, informative, and professional. I had a short interview with the managing director, who was funny and inspiring. We chatted about my employment goals, career aspirations, and preferred work environment. The second stage was longer but super productive! I got a clear picture of how the company represents its clients, saw different parts of the business, and met the team. Overall, my experience with MarketStorm Global was great and I'm keen to start.

Customer Service Representative
I got a nice call from HR, they chatted about the job and asked what I was looking for. Then they asked when would be a good time for me to come in so they could get to know me better, see if I'd be a good fit, and make sure everything was clear before offering me the job. The in-person interviews were really chill. The CEO, Gavin, was funny, knew his stuff, and was a great listener. He then offered me a trial day. I really liked seeing how the team had a blast with customers and how passionate they were. I had one last chat with Gavin about how I felt about the trial and the potential for growth, and then he officially offered me the job that same evening!
