So, this company's reviews are all fake, they all sound the same. It's weird how much they try to look good. Their job ads are also super vague, like mumbo jumbo, telling you nothing about the actual job. The office is a dump, in a bad part of downtown with no parking. It looks like a shady business that could vanish. The inside is dirty, with old carpet, mismatched frat-house furniture, broken chairs, and blank walls. You meet the CEO in his own messy office. He scribbles random words and arrows on paper, gives no info about the job, and gets defensive when you ask questions. You'll leave with no clue about the job, pay, or responsibilities. He'll brag about opening dozens of offices globally and how you can grow super fast, in weeks. He really sells the dream. If they were so successful, why the rundown office and cheap furniture? Don't fall for their scam, save your time.

Applied online and got a call from Ciara who explained they are expanding in Florida and need new managers. I had a first round interview where I filled out a questionnaire and then met with the CEO, Mr. Walsh, who likes to be involved in hiring. The interview was casual, and he shared his career path and the company's goals. He discussed how I could fit in, focusing on the management role, including responsibilities and rewards. I was invited to a second round, a full day shadowing an experienced employee to understand the role better. I'll attend this next week and update my review.
