Went through a lot of interviews with people at different levels. It took a long time to get a decision, spanning several weeks. The process didn't really give a true picture of the job or the company culture, but I took the job anyway even though it turned out to be a challenging environment.

The interview process included a 15-30 minute phone screen with the recruiter where I talked about my background and answered a few questions. The recruiter then mentioned they'd talk to the hiring manager and let me know about next steps. I heard back the next day and was invited to interview. The recruiter explained the interview format and who would be there, and we set it up for the following week. The interview itself was a panel with the recruiter and hiring manager. After that, I got an email saying I moved to the third round, which was an interview with the VP of HR. This interview with the VP of HR was more of a 'getting to know you' session to see if I'd be a good fit for the team. About a week later, I got a job offer.

It was a really simple process. My first interview was with HR and it went okay. I'd done some research on the company and was worried about their health plans. I asked if they could send me the info about their health insurance. Turns out it's as bad as people say. They only had two health plans, both very limited coinsurance plans with high monthly payments. I was shocked. I couldn't imagine working for a health company that offered so little to its own employees. I turned down any further interviews because I have a chronic medical condition and their plan would have financially ruined me.
