I applied online. Then I got an email saying I'd get a phone call. A telephone interview happened, lasting about 20 minutes. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at the company HQ. They didn't give clear directions, just said the second floor. When I got there, there was no receptionist, and I waited about 15 minutes for someone who was surprised I was there. Then I waited another 15 minutes for the interviewer. They took me to a big conference room and didn't turn on the lights. The interviewer asked me around 5 questions, but they hadn't read my resume or cover letter and didn't seem to know what position I was interviewing for. The interview was only about 10 minutes long. I never heard back after that.

It was a virtual video interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked about my related job experiences. They also described the job in detail because it's related to behavioral health and asked if I'd be interested in working with crisis calls.
