There was one recruiter call and then panel interviews with simple straightforward questions. The people were all very nice and the questioning was very conversational without much pressure or probing.

Behavioral Technical Other

The whole thing took about two months. Started with a recruiter intro call, then one meeting with two strategists, and a final round with a VP. After that, they hit me with an unpaid assessment that felt like way too much work for one person. Honestly, nothing. I got totally ghosted. I followed up a few times since it had been like three weeks since the last step and the recruiter had promised to get back to me with feedback on my assessment after saying the team was discussing it. Don't even bother applying; they don't even have the decency to send a rejection.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quite lengthy. It began with a recruiter call, then a session with two team members, followed by an interview with a VP, and a substantial writing test. After submitting the writing test, there was a two-week period with no updates and little clarity on the decision timeline, which ultimately resulted in a rejection. While the conversations were positive, the handling of the final stages was disappointing.

It was a pretty standard interview. First, I had a screen call with HR. Then, I interviewed with two people from the team, and they were really easy-going and friendly. I was also told there would be a writing test. They want to learn about who you are and what value you can add to the position. They don't expect you to have all the answers, but the specific team I interviewed with seemed to be looking for a particular kind of fit. So, go in with the right mindset and be the person the team is searching for. Overall, it's important to know yourself well enough to discuss your skills and what you can contribute to the team, and to be enthusiastic. Understanding what the role actually involves is also key.
