The interview process was very welcoming. The recruiter who screened me was nice, and the interview itself was more relaxed than I expected. The interviewer was also nice.

I applied for a summer internship at M.Booth and got an email from an HR Assistant who wanted to chat about my experiences, saying I'd be a good fit. She mentioned they needed to fill roles quickly because summer was close. She said she'd get back to me in a day or two after talking to the internship committee. After 3 follow-up emails, I heard nothing back. It was really unprofessional and disheartening for me as a student. If you're going to take up my time, at least follow up or let me know you picked someone else instead of leaving me clueless. This whole thing shows M.Booth, especially HR, doesn't respect people's time or professionalism.
