First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at M Booth.
Account Coordinator
I had a HR screening, then an interview with a VP, then 2 team members, and then another interview with a Senior Account Exec. And a thorough writing assignment. Throughout the process they’d tell you your feedback is amazing, but after that final round I was ghosted for three weeks after being told I would have an answer in a couple of days. I was eventually met with a 2 sentence email telling me they moved on with other candidates. I can’t understand how you can expect all of that work for an entry level position, I was led on by this company for two months. They should drop people in the hiring process instead of stringing everyone along
- What is your corporate superpower?
Account Coordinator
It was a pretty standard interview. First, I had a screen call with HR. Then, I interviewed with two people from the team, and they were really easy-going and friendly. I was also told there would be a writing test. They want to learn about who you are and what value you can add to the position. They don't expect you to have all the answers, but the specific team I interviewed with seemed to be looking for a particular kind of fit. So, go in with the right mindset and be the person the team is searching for. Overall, it's important to know yourself well enough to discuss your skills and what you can contribute to the team, and to be enthusiastic. Understanding what the role actually involves is also key.

- How do you stay informed about current events and news?
Account Coordinator
After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter. We had a phone call, and then I advanced to two rounds of video interviews. The first round had two people from the team, and the second round had two higher-level team members. The whole thing took about three weeks.
