Sales Enablement Trainer
I had an initial screening call with the recruitment team, and the recruiter was really nice and helpful. We had a good chat, and she said she'd get back to me to schedule an interview with the hiring manager the next week. After about 8 days of no contact, I got an automated rejection email. I replied asking for feedback on how I could improve and why I got the email since I had a positive impression from the first call. She called back quickly and said they hired an internal candidate. This was two weeks ago, and I saw the job posted again today. I'm not sure if that was true, but my gut says no. If it wasn't, they should just learn to reject candidates honestly and kindly.

Sales Engineer
I had four phone interviews and a Skype call before coming onsite for an in-person interview. The travel arrangements were a bit of a mess; car rental wouldn't let me have the car since I wasn't a current employee, so I had to sort out my own transportation. When I got there, the people scheduled to meet me were out, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for a new team to be put together. I then sat through four technical interviews, and each one started with, 'Why are you here? I didn't think we were filling any positions.' They said I'd get an update immediately, either that night or the next day. I ended up waiting until 5:30 PM for the last interview, which made me miss my car return and almost my flight. The whole thing felt rushed, and I felt like I was an inconvenience. After the VP told me four times I'd hear back immediately, I got no response via email or phone despite trying to follow up. Then I had to chase them for reimbursement for the car charges. Nothing happened for four weeks, so I just absorbed the cost. I'm still getting reminders about the toll charges from that trip.

Professional Services Consultant
First, there was a standard phone call with HR asking typical interview questions. Then, it escalated to a phone call with a technical person who asked some simple technical questions. After that, there was a 3-hour interview split among 8 people. I met with other people in the same role, and even up to the VP. The VP told me he would offer me the job regardless of what the others said, and he did offer it to me during the interview, which was around 5:00 on a Friday. He said to expect a written offer on Monday morning. He didn't negotiate my salary and agreed it was fair, which made me think I might have asked for too little. It was a bit strange that he didn't want to consult his team, especially since he had already dismissed their opinions before I even joined their team. So, I wondered what the point of meeting with everyone else was.

IT Support
I had a few phone interviews, then an onsite interview with the IT team and the IT manager. It was a really weird experience. One IT person brought a toy gun, which was so unprofessional. The second person asked for incredibly detailed step-by-step processes that no one could possibly remember. Honestly, I was relieved when they didn't select me. I later heard from two people who left Logrythm that they had a bad experience with the company, and one of them interviewed with the same IT team.

- Can you explain detailed SCCM processes?
