Assistant Manager
It was good, and comfortable. The HR round was a bit easy. The next round was with the Process Manager, and they asked about my previous experience and education background. I also had to explain a situation with a peer member.
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?
- Can you elaborate on your past work experience?
- Could you describe your educational background?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process felt unnecessarily slow, taking a total of 1.5 months. HR contacted me about a week after applying to set up a phone screening, which went really well. After that, I had a panel interview with two senior managers. I thought it went great and they even gave me positive feedback and suggested the rest of the process would be quick. But then, LifeWorks went completely silent after the panel interview. I had to chase HR multiple times for an update. On my third try, I was finally told I didn't get the job.

Coordinator
They took a full 4 weeks of time just to interview me at all levels and then reject me by saying that they are moving with other candidates. I had been interview from the HR team as well as their on-site team as well who were in US. They all at that point of time found my profile suitable and each took the interview for about 1 hour asking about all technical and behavioral questions. After my final round I awaited their response for next 2 weeks. I called the HR multiple times just to get an update but she did not picked my call nor reverted me back with any update. And after 4 weeks I got an auto generated email that my profile was not selected and they are moving ahead with other candidate. Such a poor presentation of professionalism by a company that focuses on the well being of the employees as mentioned in their website.

- Tell me about a customer centric situation you have dealt with.

Recruiters were very unprofessional. A telephone screening was scheduled with a recruiter after she reached out via email, but she didn't show up at the agreed time. The recruiter didn't even say sorry or explain why she couldn't make it. She called two hours later and I was scheduled for an interview with the manager two days later. The interview with the manager was okay, and I was told they'd let me know about further interviews if I was chosen. That's fine. I didn't hear back, so I emailed the recruiter for an update and got completely ghosted. They couldn't even be bothered to give an update on an active interview, especially after a couple of interview rounds.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your skills and experience?
