I had a 2-hour phone interview while I was at a cabin on the lake. They actually found me while I was on vacation. They offered a substantial increase and full health insurance. I told them I wouldn't go into the office until my vacation was over. They waited two weeks, which gave me time to think about the offer. The interview was with a Canadian person from Canada. They asked typical questions and gave me a battery of tests. I passed and got hired.

The first interview was with a Talent acquisition Specialist where they asked general questions about my background and experience, followed by situational questions. The interview was conducted in both French and English and lasted about 35-45 minutes. After the interview, I had to complete 4-5 assessments, each taking 15-20 minutes, also in both English and French. These assessments were designed to test listening skills and attention to detail. I found it helpful to take notes while listening. Although the position is advertised as bilingual, the offer stated I'd be paid at the English-only rate until I passed specific testing to prove my bilingual abilities. The offer was 38k, which I felt was quite low given the interview process. Also, their background check process includes getting fingerprints taken in person.

It was a phone interview from HR and they asked a lot of questions about my resume. It lasted about 20 minutes. Then, there was a second interview with the customer service team lead, which included questions about customer service skills.
