Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at LifeWorks.
Coordinator
They took a full 4 weeks of time just to interview me at all levels and then reject me by saying that they are moving with other candidates. I had been interview from the HR team as well as their on-site team as well who were in US. They all at that point of time found my profile suitable and each took the interview for about 1 hour asking about all technical and behavioral questions. After my final round I awaited their response for next 2 weeks. I called the HR multiple times just to get an update but she did not picked my call nor reverted me back with any update. And after 4 weeks I got an auto generated email that my profile was not selected and they are moving ahead with other candidate. Such a poor presentation of professionalism by a company that focuses on the well being of the employees as mentioned in their website.
- What about your experience with Excel tools?
- Tell me about a customer centric situation you have dealt with.
- What are your thoughts on global operations management strategies?
Coordinator
There were two parts to the interview. First, I had an in-person meeting with the senior manager, and then a phone call with the supervisor. Both interviews were brief and to the point, with basic questions asked.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully resolved an issue?
Coordinator
So, I had a phone interview which was pretty good. The person I spoke with was really nice and just asked normal stuff about my resume and what I've done. Then, I went in for an in-person interview. It was quick and to the point. Two people were there interviewing me. One of them was kind of rude and abrasive, which made it super awkward, to be honest. Even though the in-person interview was set up formally, it felt way less professional because of how that one person acted. I just didn't feel welcome or comfortable at all during the interview.
- Can you tell me about your past experience that relates to this role?
