So, this interview was kinda weird since they didn't tell me beforehand it'd be a group thing. It was just me and another person, and we were both asked to take photos of each other using the studio gear.

There were two phone calls and then a virtual interview. The first call was to go over the job details and make sure I was interested and available. Then came the virtual interview. The last step was a final call with a few more questions before they made the job offer.

The interview process with Lifetouch was a really great experience. I was interviewing with a lot of companies at the time. Lifetouch was a breath of fresh air, the people were genuine and outstanding. I'm still so happy with the culture here after a few weeks.

I'm shocked by the recruiting team. They scheduled times and didn't show up, not once, but twice! It's incredibly unprofessional. First, there was an initial basic orientation virtual call on Microsoft Teams with other candidates. Then, they sent a link/form to schedule another virtual interview. I waited over an hour, and it was a no-show. I got a text later apologizing and to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day for a phone call interview, but the company again failed to stick to their schedule. It's clear to stay away from this company due to their unprofessionalism. Also, the fact that they seem willing to hire anyone without photographer skills is a red flag.
