Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lifetouch.
Sales Professional
Started with a phone call, then there was a skills test that took a really long time, followed by an in-person interview. That was pretty much it. Everyone was super nice and really focused on work/life balance, talking a lot about the company's culture. I spoke with the territory manager, then the regional manager, then back to the territory manager.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What do you foresee happening in the business?
- What is the company's trajectory?
Sales Representative
A recruiter reached out to me for this role, and then I was referred to the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't get back to me for two weeks, as there was some discussion about whether the position would be filled, but he ultimately decided to move forward with adding the position.
- Unexpected textbook personality questions.
- Unexpected textbook situational questions.
Sales Representative
Started with a basic HR screening call, then had a Microsoft Teams chat with the national and district sales managers. The next interview was more in-depth but felt pretty casual and friendly.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What would you say are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- What motivates your interest in this particular position?
