I'm shocked by the recruiting team. They scheduled times and didn't show up, not once, but twice! It's incredibly unprofessional. First, there was an initial basic orientation virtual call on Microsoft Teams with other candidates. Then, they sent a link/form to schedule another virtual interview. I waited over an hour, and it was a no-show. I got a text later apologizing and to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day for a phone call interview, but the company again failed to stick to their schedule. It's clear to stay away from this company due to their unprofessionalism. Also, the fact that they seem willing to hire anyone without photographer skills is a red flag.

It was a light, professional chat, and the atmosphere was friendly. I interviewed directly with the Photography Manager. The interview was fast because the company seems to know exactly what they're looking for in candidates. The Hiring Manager was very upfront about the job requirements and honest about what the job entails.
