Customer Service Representative
They asked me to bring 2 forms of ID to the interview. Then they asked what I had done in the past and when I could start. It was a pretty easy process. Keep in mind that it can be seasonal depending on the call volume.
- Do you have previous Customer Service experience?
Customer Service Representative
I learned about this role through a friend who was previously in it. She left for personal reasons but recommended I apply since they were still hiring. After reaching out, I was contacted for an interview in under a week. The interview involved a group setting where we were first interviewed individually, and then as a group. It wasn't overly challenging.
- If a customer enters, irate and shouting about their negative experience, what steps would you take to de-escalate the situation and calm them down?
Customer Service Representative
It was a short interview. They asked about my availability for shifts and if I was open to learning their new system. They then informed me about the start date of the next training class, and gave me some information on pay and benefits.
- Tell me about your computer experience.
