They asked me to bring 2 forms of ID to the interview. Then they asked what I had done in the past and when I could start. It was a pretty easy process. Keep in mind that it can be seasonal depending on the call volume.

After reaching out, I was contacted for an interview in under a week. The interview involved a group setting where we were first interviewed individually, and then as a group.
