So the interview process has 3 rounds, all structured. First, a recruiter screening to check your background and if you're a good fit. Second, a technical and product chat with the hiring manager, looking at how you solve problems, execute, and know your stuff. Third, a panel interview for about 30-60 minutes with people from different teams to see how you think strategically, communicate, and work with others.

We started with a quick intro, then went over some concepts. After that, we tackled a couple of problem-solving questions. I was given a question about the number of coins, and though I didn't get the optimal solution, the interviewer was really nice and encouraged me. I did manage to come up with a bruteforce approach.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and moved along nicely. It involved a phone screening and then two interview rounds. They asked general questions, nothing too tough. The second interview was on-site and included conversations with the CFO, my potential manager, and a team member.

Confirmed questions2 questions

The interview process started with some email exchanges and a phone interview. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled with the director, two managers, and the recruiter. However, just 10 minutes before the scheduled onsite interview, it was canceled due to a meeting. They then asked if I would be open to interviewing with another department that had a last-minute opening. I ended up sitting through that interview, but it was for a completely different role (line quality) and department, which wasn't a good fit. The role was also significantly below my qualifications for the offered salary, equating to less than $16 an hour. After I declined that position, the recruiter informed me that the original department had decided not to proceed with an interview for me, despite having scheduled two initially. The process was further marred by an unprepared interviewer, a recruiter frequently distracted by her phone, and awkward stares from other office staff through the meeting room windows. The interview itself was mostly one-sided, with them explaining their work and expectations without much opportunity for me to ask questions or explain my background. It felt like a bait and switch.

  • Can you tell me about your relevant experience for this role?
