So the interview process has 3 rounds, all structured. First, a recruiter screening to check your background and if you're a good fit. Second, a technical and product chat with the hiring manager, looking at how you solve problems, execute, and know your stuff. Third, a panel interview for about 30-60 minutes with people from different teams to see how you think strategically, communicate, and work with others.

After submitting my resume on their website, HR called me to schedule a phone interview, which happened a day or two later. Then I had a phone interview with the department management, followed by an on-site interview. A few days later, I had a final interview. It took many phone calls/emails and follow-ups with HR about results and negotiation before I finally received the offer letter.
