I had two interviews in one week, and it took less than two weeks to get an offer after the first HR call. The interviews themselves were pretty laid back and not too tough. There was a long wait for the initial HR call, about a few months, and then another month after the offer was finalized.

I submitted my resume online and then got a call about 2 weeks later for an interview. The interview itself went really well and was a little over an hour. Everyone was super nice from the start to the end. There were three people in the room, two Korean and one American, who asked me questions. Since I had a lot of experience for the role, the questions weren't too hard. I sent a thank you email to the department director the next day, saying I was still really interested. After several weeks with no reply, I followed up with HR by email, and then again by phone a few weeks after that, but still no response. I had pretty much forgotten about it, then out of nowhere, 8 months later, I got an automated email saying I wasn't selected for the position. The job is still open, and I still don't know why I wasn't a good fit.

The whole hiring process took about 5 months. It began with a phone screen by HR, followed by another phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, there were two separate panel interviews, each with three interviewers. After that, I had a third round of interviews, meeting with three more individuals. It was a really comprehensive and quite tiring process.
