The process was great, the service was great, they were very receptive and made me feel comfortable, well structured, solid questions, but many difficult stages, hard to get into. Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process felt a bit unstructured at first, as I didn’t hear back from HR after applying. But eventually, I managed to schedule a call directly with the AI and Data Science Manager. The chat was great, the manager was very friendly and let me talk about my past projects in depth. I even made a pitch deck for an AI chatbot for their website, which made the talk more lively and useful. After the interview, I followed up many times but never got the final result, although I was told a couple of times that the interview process was still ongoing.

The interview process started with an HR interview. Following that, I was scheduled for a panel interview which lasted about an hour. During the panel interview, 3-4 interviewers asked me technical questions. I didn't receive any updates for weeks after the panel interview, and I'm unsure of my status. It seemed like the HR department forgot about my application, which I found unprofessional for a large corporation and a red flag based on other similar experiences I've read.

HR partner reached out and set up the interview. Two senior folks conducted a video interview. It kicked off with a standard 'Tell me about yourself' question. However, during my response, I noticed they seemed distracted and weren't focused on my answer, instead looking at something else on their screens. The initial 20 minutes were like this, where they asked a few pre-planned questions, and I answered while observing their lack of attention. After 20 minutes, they admitted they were engrossed in the Argentina vs. Saudi Arabia match from the 2022 World Cup. They then reluctantly asked 2-3 more questions before concluding the interview. I requested feedback regardless of my candidacy for the next stage, but received no response. I didn't follow up with the meeting organizer due to this unusual experience.
