Manager
It was a great experience. The talent person was respectful and helpful. The process was fair and transparent. It was one of the better experiences I have had interviewing with a large company. I wish more interviews went like this one.

Quality Manager
I went through four rounds of interviews. The first was with a recruiting agency, followed by three internal interviews. I spoke with the line manager first, then the managing director, and finally with the person currently doing the job. Most interviews were in person, except for the last one because the employee was in a different city. The whole process was fast, and they gave feedback quickly. The interviewers seemed knowledgeable. I got a good vibe from the company and liked the office.
- Tell me about your background in quality management.
- What's your experience like managing teams that work remotely?
- Can you share some of your soft skills that would be valuable in this position?
