I had a campus recruitment interview right after passing their technical exam, all in one day. It had two rounds, and I spoke with a manager in both. They asked about my academic accomplishments, my research or thesis work, and some technical and personal questions.

I handed them my resume at the career fair and got contacted two months later for a phone interview. It was supposed to be 45 minutes, but we ended up talking for almost 90 minutes. I mostly asked him a lot of questions because I found the work he did really interesting. It was an awesome conversation.

Behavioral Technical

As an intern, I didn't have much trouble getting an interview. I think they considered my intern status when evaluating my technical skills. The first round was a 20-minute behavior interview with straightforward 'tell me about a time when...' questions, expecting answers in the STAR format. The second round was a 30-40 minute mix of behavior and technical questions, focusing more on my resume and asking definition-type technical questions. The third round, lasting 3-4 sessions of 45 minutes each, involved two managers who alternated asking situational and technical questions. The overall process was quite simple and not too challenging. I know some interns who didn't get through and had a bad experience, but that wasn't my case.
