First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lead Forensics.
Customer Success Manager
It started with a screening call, then I had meetings with leadership and the CEO. The whole thing was kinda messy. It was hard to find times that worked, and they messaged me on WhatsApp, email, and called, which was confusing. They asked about my salary early, even though I wanted to know the range first. They added more steps later, like a meeting with less than 24 hours' notice. Their organization feels a bit off, which is a bummer because CS retention seemed low, hinting at a sales/CS disconnect. I decided to walk away due to the misalignment.

Sales Development Representative
The recruitment and interview process at Lead Forensics was great. Communication was clear and organized from the start, making it a smooth and stress-free experience. The interviews were positive and engaging, with interviewers who were professional, friendly, and really interested in learning about my background and experience. Big thanks to Nick from recruitment, he was super helpful, keeping me updated, giving good advice, and making sure I felt prepared and supported. Overall, it was a really positive experience that showed the company's professionalism and awesome culture. I'd definitely recommend Lead Forensics to others looking for new opportunities.

Product Manager
I went through a recruitment firm which was a great experience, communication was awesome and I felt informed the whole way. The interviews, one virtual and two in person, were a good mix of formal and informal. It was relaxed enough for me to answer well and also get insight into the role and company. The whole thing took about 4 weeks, mostly because it was hard to get time for the in-person ones, and I got the offer the day after the final interview.
- Can you share an instance where you had to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously?
- Explain your approach to balancing competing priorities.
- What is your understanding of the product lifecycle?
Embedded Architect
Extremely well done interview process. Quick to respond and get the next stages booked in. Felted supported throughout the process getting feedback at each stage and understanding what the next stage would entail. For the role I applied for I feel the following 5 stage process was fair to access capabilities and ensure a fit for both parties. 5 stage interview: 1. Screening 2. Tech Test 3. Technical review of test and general technical knowledge 4. Architectural diagraming session and general architectural knowledge. 5. Chat with the VP of Engineering to ensure fit. Every person I spoke to was both professional and personable, and I very much look forward to working with what already look to be a great bunch of people.

“Given a stack of mixed-up travel tickets represented as ["from -> to", "from -> to", ...], and a salesperson who needs to travel from home, visit various destinations exactly once before returning home, calculate their efficient route. Assume they always have all tickets for their current journey, possibly with old tickets, and each journey is longer than the last. They buy a return ticket at the final destination. Output the route as "A -> B -> C -> A".”
