Customer Success Manager
It started with a screening call, then I had meetings with leadership and the CEO. The whole thing was kinda messy. It was hard to find times that worked, and they messaged me on WhatsApp, email, and called, which was confusing. They asked about my salary early, even though I wanted to know the range first. They added more steps later, like a meeting with less than 24 hours' notice. Their organization feels a bit off, which is a bummer because CS retention seemed low, hinting at a sales/CS disconnect. I decided to walk away due to the misalignment.

Customer Success Manager
The whole process took about 4 weeks from start to offer, with 3 stages total. First up was a 30-minute video call with the Head of Recruitment. Then, a 30-minute video chat with the Head of Enterprise Sales. Finally, I had a 60-minute in-person interview with the CEO. Big thanks to Nick Everson for making it all super efficient, fast, clear, and smooth. He's friendly, professional, and passionate. I was kept in the loop about my application status and what to expect for each step. Shoutout to Paul and Tom too for their interviews – they were clear, focused, and enjoyable.
- Can you share an instance where you recognized an account was at high risk of churning, and describe the actions you took to mitigate that risk and secure a renewal?
Customer Success Manager
Got an email pretty fast after applying online to set up a first phone interview. They were chill about scheduling and tried to be flexible, but the person interviewing me was in a different time zone so it was a bit weird hours.
