Sales Development Representative
The recruitment and interview process at Lead Forensics was great. Communication was clear and organized from the start, making it a smooth and stress-free experience. The interviews were positive and engaging, with interviewers who were professional, friendly, and really interested in learning about my background and experience. Big thanks to Nick from recruitment, he was super helpful, keeping me updated, giving good advice, and making sure I felt prepared and supported. Overall, it was a really positive experience that showed the company's professionalism and awesome culture. I'd definitely recommend Lead Forensics to others looking for new opportunities.

The initial phone interview and the first interview over Teams seemed to go well. I was then invited for a 'Final Interview' which was quite strange. The two interviewers didn't turn on their cameras, making it feel unprofessional and odd. Reflecting on the three interviews, I noticed they repeatedly stressed that only the best people work there and that they are very selective about their hires. They didn't extend an offer, and I'd be hesitant to accept even if they had.
- Can you provide three words that describe you?
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?

I applied online and the interview process had four steps. First, I got an email from Senior Talent Acquisition to do a video interview with 7 questions about myself and my professional background. Second, I was supposed to meet with the Head of New Business at the office in Southampton, but it changed last minute and I met with the Sales Manager instead. Business attire was required, and the interview was good. I got feedback quickly afterwards via a call from Senior Talent Acquisition. I also got sent a personality and logic test. Third, I had role play calls over Teams with the Head of New Business, focusing on my tone, feedback implementation, and objection handling. They gave me good materials to prepare. Senior Talent Acquisition gave me feedback the same day again. Fourth, I did a short 5-10 minute presentation for the Sales Development Director about why I want to work in sales, why Lead Forensics, and what I offer. Everyone was friendly and professional. I got an offer the same day. Communication was great, they kept me updated and gave feedback fast. The process felt challenging but manageable because I prepared, and it was completed in two weeks. They really seem to care about who they hire.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a role at Lead Forensics?
