The interview process at Crio.Do has several steps to check your tech knowledge, how you solve problems, and how well you talk. It starts with looking at your application and resume to see your education, tech skills, and projects. Then, if you make the cut, you do an online test with coding questions, logic puzzles, and basic programming stuff. If you do well on that, you'll have one or more tech interviews where they'll test your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, programming languages, and your past projects. After that, there's a manager or behavioral interview to check your communication, teamwork, motivation, and career plans. Finally, based on how you did overall, they decide who to hire and give an offer.

Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

The initial discussion confirmed there were 3 rounds: 1. Preliminary screening(technical) 2.Technical Round 3. Client Round). But after I cleared Round 2 they added a project manager round before sending me for the client round. The interviewers were really good in terms of having a good technical discussion. I'd say the recruiting process needs a little work - I was given less time to prepare for my 3rd round and even though I was rejected they didn't contact me for like 4-5 days and I had to call them and ask - they just said I didn't get shortlisted and when asked for specifics didn't get any. I'd say even though we get rejected just make it clear quickly.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The HR person talked about the job and its level. Initially, they mentioned the role was at a higher experience level than my current one. Then, we discussed salary expectations, and it seemed like a 25% hike wouldn't be possible. After that, I had an interview with someone at the same level, a manager interviewing a manager. This interviewer seemed disinterested and arrogant, and abruptly ended the interview. I figured out that for this level, they have people with less experience, and the salary range is also lower, which is understandable given the market, but the hiring partner over-sold the position. It wasn't a good experience.

HR set up the interview drive. In total there were 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 HR. The technical rounds were pretty easy and were related to my tech stack. The interviewers made a really good atmosphere. The whole process went smoothly and was well organized. They provided cabs for all candidates for pickup and drop-off. There was no waiting.
