Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

The initial discussion confirmed there were 3 rounds: 1. Preliminary screening(technical) 2.Technical Round 3. Client Round). But after I cleared Round 2 they added a project manager round before sending me for the client round. The interviewers were really good in terms of having a good technical discussion. I'd say the recruiting process needs a little work - I was given less time to prepare for my 3rd round and even though I was rejected they didn't contact me for like 4-5 days and I had to call them and ask - they just said I didn't get shortlisted and when asked for specifics didn't get any. I'd say even though we get rejected just make it clear quickly.

So the interview process is like a five step thing. First, there's an aptitude round, then a group discussion, after that, a personality test using AI software, followed by Technical Interview 1, and finally Technical Interview 2. All of these are elimination rounds, but the main filtering really happens in the aptitude round, where like only about 1 out of 20 people get selected.

Coding Technical Behavioral

It was a medium level one… If u are ok with your sql and basic coding part. There were 2 tech interviews and 1 Hr. Both the tech interviews were almost the same type for me, according to the panel it varies. Tech 1: They asked me basic coding questions 3-4, then they went into sql. They gave me tables and I had to make queries for the questions they need. Then some projects in resume. Tech 2: Same thing, 2-3 coding, sql query, ml algorithms, some scenario based, then some data visualization experience. Hr: Typical hr question along with multiple scenario and behavioral questions.
