We had a group discussion to check how we work together. Then there were two tech rounds where a panel tested our technical knowledge. An HR round was there too, to see how we interact with people. The focus was on SQL, Data structures and algorithms. The two technical rounds really looked at SQL skills, specifically things like joins, CTE queries, and also data structures.

So the process has 3 rounds. First, there's an SQL round where you gotta write the SQL query for the given business problem. Then, a Technical Face to Face round where most of the tech questions were related to python libraries and sometimes they will try to evaluate your problem solving approach by giving real world problems. Lastly, an HR and Salary Discussion.

The interview had two interviewers. The HR gave us a heads-up on topics to prepare, but the interviewers dove deep into Machine Learning. One interviewer was good, checking for knowledge, but the other was really interruptive. They'd cut you off mid-sentence saying 'we know this, tell us more' and wouldn't let you think, instead saying 'oh you don't know this, you don't know that', trying to trip you up. It was irritating, and I ended up not responding to that person, keeping my answers to myself. This interviewer just wanted to show off their knowledge. The other interviewer was nice and asked fair questions. They did jump into much more advanced topics than what was initially stated for the role.
