Super unprofessional recruitment process! They had me go through multiple rounds and then contacted my professional references, which usually means it's the final step. But then, after my references were contacted, they told me there was 'another interview' needed and that my job status had changed. This is a major breach of hiring etiquette and a waste of time for me and my references. I'm glad I didn't end up working for a company with such poor integrity and disorganized leadership. Save yourself the trouble and don't apply!

It was a very thorough interview process where they asked for real-life examples. They really focus on hiring the right people for their stores. You should be prepared to talk about the company's history to answer questions and hopefully get the job.

I initially applied online and got rejected, but then a recruiter reached out a few months later and invited me to reapply. I did, and was rejected almost immediately, which was weird. Then, another recruiter contacted me a few months after that, wanting to interview me. This interview was over the phone, felt pretty informal and awkward, and then I was ghosted.

They had two interview rounds. The first was to check my info and see if I was interested, asking about my availability, if I'd work at different stores, and why I wanted to work there (like pay, growth, etc.). The second interview was pretty long, almost two hours, and it was all situational questions. They asked about times I helped people, my idea of good service, owning up to mistakes, and dealing with tough customers. I mentioned I was flexible about working at two locations and preferred overnight shifts, which they needed. I got a quick callback, but it was a scam. The interviewer used to be a store manager.
