So, it started with an email from the recruiter, and I had some questions, so I emailed back. Then the recruiter called me to chat about my questions, and after that, I applied online. A few days later, the recruiter called me again for a more formal phone interview. He also sent me an email with info on benefits, the job itself, and what to wear. After that phone interview, they invited me for an in-store interview with the same recruiter. Once I said yes, I got an email link to give my references. I had 24 hours to get at least 5 names and emails, with 3 being current or past bosses. These references then had to fill out a quick 2-minute survey about me. The in-person interview was about 2 hours long and focused on my past work. They asked situational questions, like 'tell me about a time when...'. The recruiter was really open about the whole process and what they were looking for. He mentioned that if I moved forward, there would be at least 2 more in-person interviews. This was my second official interview, and third time talking to the recruiter. They said I'd hear back either way, and I did get an email saying I wasn't moving on. The recruiter mentioned that they only hire 1 out of every 21 applicants, so it's a pretty intense process. I was pretty bummed because the recruiter made the company sound great and I actually liked the interviews up to that point.

The process started with a phone interview and reference checks, followed by an in-person meeting. It was about an hour long and pretty standard compared to other places. They got back to me quickly, within 2 weeks, so it was a very streamlined process.

Behavioral Technical

You'll have 2 interviews, each lasting multiple hours. The first is with your direct supervisor, and the second is with your indirect supervisor. They do a great job of making it feel conversational, often sharing personal stories and going off-topic. The first interview ends with a math quiz (they don't use this anymore) and a quick overview of the rest of the interview process.
