I sat down in the basement of the facility. Two general managers were there for the interview; one was newer and wanted to sit in. I asked for permission beforehand to ensure it was okay. They used a basic checklist and asked questions to determine my character and if my values align with the company values. Overall, it was a professional and courteous interview.
