First, I had a 25-minute Teams call with HR and the hiring manager. They asked me competency-based questions and some typical HR questions. The second round was in person with the hiring manager and a senior marketing team member. We discussed more about my competencies and career progression, and I was given a task involving price tables.

I spoke with the shop manager in the seating area. It was a very casual interview that only lasted 15 minutes. The manager was a bit unprofessional. The questions were random and didn't relate to the job. Communication was confusing, and there was no clear outline of expectations. Overall, it felt rushed, unprofessional, and disorganized.

I had been looking for a job for months and was really hoping for at least a follow-up call to see if they were interested in moving forward with my application, you know, just some basic communication. But I didn't hear anything from the company until March 2025, when I got an email saying the job position had actually been eliminated.
