First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Krispy Kreme.
Sales Associate
It was a quick chat about my previous work and when I could work shifts, lasted about 15 mins between customers ordering. The interviewer was nice once we got to a table.
- What is your availability?
Sales Associate
They were very nice and the interview was pretty straight forward. Asked about my experience and some hypothetical questions. They asked some behavioral questions as well - like my strengths and weaknesses.
- Could you tell me about your strengths?
- What do you consider your weaknesses to be?
Sales Associate
They did a group interview first, and if you passed that, you moved on to a one-on-one. The group interview involved typical group activities to see how you work with others. The one-on-one was pretty standard and only took about 15 minutes. They were looking for someone who's smart but not too independent, someone who can be easily trained to fit the company.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging customer?
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
