The interview process had three rounds, all of which I passed. There was no clear communication about budget or compensation throughout. HR only told me after I finished all rounds that they didn't have the budget to proceed, which made the whole thing feel like a waste. One round required an in-person interview. The company has a tight budget and isn't transparent about compensation. The salary offered was way below market. The whole experience was disappointing because of bad planning, no budget clarity upfront, and unprofessional HR communication. It showed a lack of coordination and maturity in handling candidates' time and expectations. Also, current employees haven't had a raise in 2-3 years.

If they need someone to start right away, the onboarding process is really straightforward and quick. Everyone's role is considered mid-level. There are two technical interviews and then a chat with HR where we can talk about salary and what the office vibe is like.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, with three main parts. First up was a chat with HR about my background and if I'd be a good fit. Then, I had to answer some technical questions focused on SQL and general database knowledge. Lastly, I chatted with the team lead to see how I'd work with others and handle problems.

Had totally 3 rounds.. 1st was a client technical Interview with basic questions on past projects and technologies worked on. A week later got call for 2nd round and it was again a technical 4 person interview at the client site.. Had questions on real time scenarios, ITIL related questions, past experiences and projects, basic RPA questions, etc. Final round was a managerial discussion, again at the client site.. Basic behavioral questions and past experience related questions, etc. Finally got a call to come down to Infrasoft for HR discussion and it was a telephonic round with the Head office HR.. Mostly background verification and past experiences related questions.. Finally salary discussion round and was offered what I had given as expected CTC.. Overall process was smooth and went fast. No issues at any point.. Well planned interviews
