Technical Behavioral

The interview process was okay. I had two interviews, but unfortunately, my recruiting process got interrupted by a COVID case. The first interview was with the technical manager and HR manager. The next interview was with the head of technical and the head of HR. The interview experience was great and smooth, and they were quite warming.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty straightforward. First, I had to complete a personality questionnaire. Then, I went straight into the interview with the general manager of Keppel Shipyard and an HR person. They began by asking me to talk a bit about myself and how I could help the company. No specific technical questions were asked, it was more about my personal background and potential contributions.

Behavioral

There were 3 interview rounds in total. The first was with HR and the direct manager. The second interview involved HR and the General Manager of Operations. The final interview was with the MD. It's a long wait for the entire process. HR usually contacts for an interview only a few days before the actual date, not giving much time to prepare. However, the interview questions weren't technical, so it was manageable.

  • Could you tell me about your strengths?
  • What about your weaknesses?
  • What is your understanding of this industry?
